Was not contacted in a timely manner, even after leaving messages. Lack of communication gave me a feeling of incompetency. Finally contacted and was told a male nurse would be calling on my 87 year old Mom. Told them that a male nurse was probably not the way to go with her at her age and my Mom ended up refusing treatment.

Told them that a male nurse was probably not the way to go with her at her age and my Mom ended up refusing treatment.
This establishment is not the place to go for nurse aid if a loved one needs it. They are cold, do not show up, have attitude, and are very very rude to both the patient and his/her family. I am so disappointed with how they treat my loved one and my family. The aids are unreliable and rude, as is the person who manages them.
