Well, keeping clean is an after thought. Mask wearing is not enforced at all. Just not that great of an experience these days- I thought for sure when Covid shut the PC down the sauna would be vacuumed out and the dust bunnies and filth would be addressed- nope. Disappointing! I could bring in my Dyson and clean the sauna- many boards are no longer nailed down- lift and vacuum! Please! Or I will! How is that good for our health!? The air quality in there has to be awful.
Great Place, to spend time in family playing basketball or swimming. All the classes and teachers are exceptional!!!!! The only recommendation is to add more classes, every time I want to take one, it's full
expensive, but I like the size. indoor track availability better than a treadmill. Great location for me. Bad timing joining in March. I had thought with the higher price the Gym etiquette would be better 🤔 but is terrible. I'm talking about the Prime time members. I get there after 10pm and find a trashed locker room. trashed by the members that take the place for granted and seem unable to read the signage throughout the entire building.

Be price transparent on their website and respond to emails when a potential customer inquiry's about pricing. Majority of other places have no problem about posting their pricing.

I loved this place but since the gym closed and wont open for another couple months, doesnt seem right to keep charging people during this time but we just got charged for the month of April...not sure if we will keep our membership...EVERY OTHER GYM IN WI is not charging thier members during this time...only a money hungry gym would charge their members while being closed
