I am purchasing a new home (new construction). I am a second-time home buyer, but there are still a lot of things I didn't know. Lupe did a very very good job! He sees defects which are very hard to see. He is very thorough and very detail in explaining things. He provides a very detailed inspection results. He is very professional and he always makes sure he sees every defects. In addition to that, I hired him back to re-inspect the house just to make sure they fix all the issues. I would give them 10- stars if I could. The provide an extremely thorough inspection at the best price. I tagged along with the inspector and he taught me a lot about inspections. He did not cut any corners and did not rush. Very friendly and courteous as well. I highly recommend them.
Guadalupe was very professional. Of all the houses I got inspected his report is very thorough. He is the best in pricing. He also has a very good software that saved me a lot if time in reviewing the report and automatically create a repair list pdf that can be sent to the seller. Great Inspection company to work with. Lupe was professional and knowledgeable. He explained every detail during the inspection to me and provided a very detailed inspection report with pictures/adequacies/inadequacies/recommendations/repairs. Helped me in preparing a summary report 2 days after the inspection to be sent to the seller. Very reasonably priced.
Mr. Lupe did a fantastic job on my home inspection. He was thorough and very informative on my home inspection.

Lupe ***** was a very nice person, and performed a very thorough inspection on a new construction home. He is the most affordable inspector in town, and I highly recommend his services. His inspection report was received same day, and was very detailed with pictures and explanations. Great job!!! Well worth the investment for an inspection.
