The room was great and good location. But checking in was a $200 deposit which they don't tell you about until you get there. They will tell you it will take 3 to 10 days to get it back. LIARS. We are still waiting over 3 weeks to get it back. Most uncooperative firm ever. Want us to do all the running around to get it back. Share we others before booking. Owner has made some pretty reply. LIAR DO NOT GO.HER A month today which has to be illegal Disgusting Do not go here

If you are visiting the Gold Coast you need to be aware that unless the hotel or resort you plan to stay at carries a recognised national or global brand, then what you are staying in is accommodation (I mean the actual apartment itself) that is privately owned and just included as inventory for booking in this building.
