I had a brief interaction with a lovely girl at the front desk named Elani — she was absolutely delightful! Friendly, Great first impression for Princess Palms Hotel.
Comfortable place with amazing ocean views and easy access to beach. Cafes nearby.
Firstly location and views are absolutely incredible we were so lucky and we did see lots of whales passing by. The pool area, tennis court and courtyards gardens and areas were immaculate. We stayed in room 10C. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We had booked for 3 kids and 2 adults so we wanted an apartment to fit as all in a bed each ( 1 double and 3 singles ). I LOVE Princess Palm on the Beach. The room I stayed in was clean and the view was spectacular. Could see the ocean from both bedrooms and the lounge and kitchen. I watched the whales frolicking. I have stayed before and will definitely stay again. The sunrises are spectacular. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Plenty of facilities to enjoy, shops are close as well. Perfect holiday location.
The room was great and good location. But checking in was a $200 deposit which they don't tell you about until you get there. They will tell you it will take 3 to 10 days to get it back. LIARS. We are still waiting over 3 weeks to get it back. Most uncooperative firm ever. Want us to do all the running around to get it back. Share we others before booking. Owner has made some pretty reply. LIAR DO NOT GO.HER A month today which has to be illegal Disgusting Do not go here
