Our family travelled from Chattanooga to find my daughter a prom dress. The selection, pricing, and customer service was excellent!! My daughter, Nia Houston, found the perfect prom dress and truly loved the experience. Thank you Princess Diaries!!

I have done the dress shopping for 6 years for middle school, high school, and different functions. Multiple stores and multiple hours of what do we want and does it fit. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had not only with a "dress store", but with any retail store. It took less than an hour and we had the dress and the alterations scheduled and we were done. Everything me was very helpful And I found the perfect dress
I've purchased pageant and prom dresses out the wazoo from different shops but I was very pleased with the selection and staff at Princess Diaries. The only thing I wish could be changed is more seating added somehow during busy months like prom and wedding seasons, but due to store size and dress selections that'd be difficult to do. However, that's definitely not a serious issue to ever have me not return. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful!
