Shocked!!! – I walked into this jewelry store after I saw their reviews online. Unless they've completely changed their staff my experience and the comments didn't match. First of all, I was greeted a sloppy poorly groomed asian woman who scared me when she popped up from under the counter. After I told her to give me a minute because i was just looking, she continued to pull stuff out and ask me a million questions. Amazing – Princess Bride Diamonds was amazing in helping me find the right engagement ring for my now fiance. I worked with Sol and Lisa throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured and they listened to my needs and even went out and found the diamond for me! They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of jewelry, and can even customize anything. We are currently working with them in restoring an old family ring for my fiance's wedding ring. This place is awesome! Check it out!

Great people, great jewelry – I visited from NC and these folks were so helpful and very professional! They know their business and are truly artists. I went in not knowing what I wanted done with my antique jewelry and they had great ideas. They also refashioned my mom's engagement diamond...the ring was 52 years old. They made a beautiful and unique piece that my mom treasured. Mom is gone now but I have the ring and it brings good memories of my mom and Princess Bride. They are good at what they do!

Princess Bride is a BIG RIPP OFF JEWELERS – I had to call the Hntington Beach police after I noticed t a diamond was missing from my ring that this jewelers just "cleaned" This so called FREE Cleaning cost me a Diamond missing in my ring. I called the store owner "Lisa" she called herself. She told me tin other words go to go and get an attorney. Didn't even ask to see the ring or offer any help. l and hung up the phone. Very Rude. Don't buy from here and definetly don't have any jewelery cleaned even if they say it is free.

The only place you need to visit for great jewelry – Whitney and Lisa at Princes Bride where with me every step through my buying process of my now fiance's, engagement ring. The moment when I asked her to marry me wouldn't have been nearly as rememberable if it wasn't with the their help. Their service is the best and they are just amazing. I've been back multiple times to buy other gifts for my fiance.
