Customer service is really bad in this location
Leo who works at the mccowan rd scarborough branch is incompetent . I called in at 11 am he said call back . I called at 2pm he then said he can't help. If he can't help then why is he employed? Employ better people. He is useless.
Lady at front counter and her name tag said SimPy she is bloody very rude personality with no sense of customer service . If she has attitude issue she should not face customer service
UPDATE Unfortunately I'll have to lower my rating. One bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire store! Visited at 12:23 PM and had an unpleasant experience at checkout with a rude and dismissive cashier (larger white woman wearing glasses). I brought up four items and politely asked if I could get the previous sale price. She snapped, “I’m not looking up sale prices for all of these, pick one.” I then asked if she could check just two, as I knew they’d been recently on sale. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. Employees do not help at all. Even if you’re clueless about what you need. I had asked them to help me find the cabin filter and light bulb for my car. They said it’s in such aisle on the right side even after I had said I didn’t find it there twice. I went to four employees and they didn’t offer to even come and check themself to make sure it wasn’t out of stock or moved some where else.
