Very disappointing customer service experience at Princess Auto today. I politely asked an employee named Leo if he worked there because I needed help finding an item. He replied sarcastically, “No, I’m playing.” I found that response rude and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to treat customers respectfully.
Every time I go for hydraulics I have to wait45 mins for someone to come help me I call someone to call the hydraulic staff they act like they never hear me worst place ever half of ur day will be gone waiting for them to show up
