I would give this place a 0 but since I cant I am giving it a 1. I recently visited this Hair Salon, and I must say it was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. Firstly, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. They watch TV while doing your hair and don't even have a sence of comuniation with you.
