We were scheduled for Covid prescription for my mom one day after called. And it got canceled video or phone conference because we weren't created their system my chart. Have to wait for another day for video conference to get prescription. Inconvenient! She has been going their doctors and farcically for years. Other system Kaiser or Inova health is simple ,easier and prompt for patient.
UPDATE; since my first review quality of care has been hit or miss. The Drs use some service, US CARE something….. and they never go through insurance I get harassed to make payments that were NEVER submitted in the first place.. They need to change this policy of allowing DRS TO BILL INDEPENDENTLY. IF I have any emergency other than a gun shot I will drive to INOVA .i might even with a gunshot because the harassment is killing me . Reckless treatments and inaccurate, lazy, and lacking assessments. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go there. The patient needs to be protected from the provider at this place.
It sounds unbelievable to even write, but my wife delivered our second child here and this hospital refused to let our friends and family into our room to meet their new family member. Apparently a nurse told them we already had our maximum of three guests inside but when in reality, we had zero. So instead of our newborn being welcomed into the world surrounded by friends and family, they were alone while my wife (who had just delivered) and I were stuck arguing with security and management just to let our family back. I can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough for the incredible care they provided for my baby while she was in the NICU. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and compassion. They made sure my baby was comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way.
