Do Not Go Here Do Not Go Here!! This is NOT a "family" place the people who work here are rude and lazy, no one cares how long you wiat or how life threating your problem is. I have to say that I have received better service at mcdonalds and better results as well. One supposed doctor actualy brought their laptop in and I swear was using it to search my symptoms !! Didn't even look up!
Prince William Family Medicine is wonderful for us My family has been seeing PWFM for MANY years. We have nothing but GREAT things to say about the staff and the drs/PA's. Many times I have been able to get same day (in some cases same hr. appts!). I have on many occasions recommended them and will continue to do so R Brady
Rude & uprofessional I have been a patient at Prince William Family Medicine for over 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my provider Dr. Lilly K.C. Dr K.C. has listen to my concerns and followed up on any issues that persist or require referral to a specialist. The staff excluding the front desk staff have been very professional. Wait time The doctors here are good but I have had a couple of issues admin wise which makes me think again..The lab work takes a long time and you really have to wait to be taken as well as to get the results back from them. Also, I had put in order for mail order prescription and when they contacted this center and doc for approvals, they never responded! This made them cancel my order and now I have to jump though hoops to get the medicine.
Don't Go Here - Horrible Staff I first came to PWFM a year ago with uncontrolled Stage 3 hypertension. It took me three months to see a doctor because I was always scheduled to see a useless physician's assistant who never spent more than 5 minutes with me. He also dismissed my questions about diet, exercise and lifestyle changes stating it "didn't really matter." When I finally got to see a physician Dr. Lilly KC I was thrilled. Excellent I would highly recommend PWFM. I have been a patient of this practice since 1982, and despite moving 40 plus miles away, I still come to Manassas when neccesary. The doctors are excellent, the staff polite, and the new office is extremely clean and comfortable!
Good Docs, Lousy Staff I was a patient at Prince William Family Medicine. It's hard to get a same-day appointment if you're sick. The staff is rude, and messes up your insurance claims more often than they get them right. I switched because of the admin staff. I couldn't handle the hassle. PROS: Lousy staff CONS: Good Docs
AVOID THIS PRACTICE !!!!!!! This place is all about the money and nothing about the patient. It's a medical assembly line and the rude treatment starts the minute you walk through the door. Prescription refills are a nightmare (they won't write them for more than 90 days even for chronic conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, etc.). whos' my doctor?/staff is terrible and uncaring I have been a patient at PWFM and am currently looking for another family doctor. I started out with a great impression in my first visit when I saw Dr. D'Abreu. Since, however, I am always seen by a questionable quality physicians assistant or nurse. Last year when I called to schedule a flu shot they informed me they were out.
