Best Jeweler by far! After reading several reviews I had to leave one myself. I have known Lam (prince jewelers) for almost 30 years. He made the first wedding ring for my wife and several other fine pieces of jewelery for my entire family. I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is a very stand-up guy who I can trust with my most expensive pieces. You will not or cannot find a better deal or find better quality anywhere else. Prince Jewelers I don't know what planet K.J. is from because My experience is exactly opposite of what K. J. wrote. The owner (Lam) is extremely helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. I have referred several friends there and none were less than extremely satisfied. I have been doing business there for over ten years and can't imagine getting my jewelry anywhere else .For selection, quality and bargain prices in jewelry, Prince Jewelers in Arcadia is the place to go.

Beautiful and Unique Designs........ Over ten years ago I was introduced to Prince Jewelers and since then I have had numerous custom pieces designed. I have always been very pleased as Lam is a true artist. He designs beautiful and unique pieces using only the finest of stones. I receive complements on all the rings, bracelets and necklaces to which he has designed for me, and also many of my relatives. This store is absolutely wonderful I have been doing business with Lam who is the owner for 27 years. He has always treated me kindly and with the utmost courtesy. We have moved from Arcadia to Newport Beach and I still drive there to purchase jewelry from him. His prices can not be beaten. We have referred him to lots of people and they all just love him. Awful - Don't Go! This store is awful! The owner was very rushed when I dropped off an item and wouldn't listen to me and what I wanted. When I went to pick my item up it was ruined! Because I hadn't bought it there I have no recourse against them. When I stated that I was unhappy the owner started yelling at me and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was stupid. I have three college degrees - I am far from naive and stupid. Owner is very rude and very unprofessional.
