Lam will get the job done. My parents have been going to lam for many years and I decided to get engaged this past month. I needed the ring in a rush and he delivered it on time and it looked perfect. I proposed on the top of mt whitney and she couldn't believe the beauty in that box. Best Jeweler by far! After reading several reviews I had to leave one myself. I have known Lam (prince jewelers) for almost 30 years. He made the first wedding ring for my wife and several other fine pieces of jewelery for my entire family. I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is a very stand-up guy who I can trust with my most expensive pieces. You will not or cannot find a better deal or find better quality anywhere else. This store is absolutely wonderful I have been doing business with Lam who is the owner for 27 years. He has always treated me kindly and with the utmost courtesy. We have moved from Arcadia to Newport Beach and I still drive there to purchase jewelry from him. His prices can not be beaten. We have referred him to lots of people and they all just love him. Awful - Don't Go! This store is awful! The owner was very rushed when I dropped off an item and wouldn't listen to me and what I wanted. When I went to pick my item up it was ruined! Because I hadn't bought it there I have no recourse against them. When I stated that I was unhappy the owner started yelling at me and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was stupid. I have three college degrees - I am far from naive and stupid. Owner is very rude and very unprofessional.

World Class Jeweler I became a customer of Lam after an awful experience with a jeweler in the LA diamond district. Lam is a wonderful designer and has made me three incredible rings (one was a setting for a three carat diamond that had belonged to my mom) as well as repair and re-design other pieces of jewelry I own. Prince Jewelers is amazing! My fiance and I wanted a setting that would compliment my diamond on my finger. We had shopped around for a few months to find exactly what we needed and when we couldn't find it, we went to Lam and he was able to create exactly what we had envisioned. Lam did a fantastic job!! Superior Quality, Superior Prices "I have been a customer of Prince Jewelers for over ten years and have nothing but the best to say about Lam. Not only are his prices very reasonable, he and his staff are excellent craftsmen. When I bought my wife's engagement ring there, Lam listened to what I wanted and crafted a fantastic ring. Breath-taking Diamonds I just got married and my aunt and cousin who have the most breath-taking diamonds I have ever seen referred me to the owner of this store. I wanted the best diamond I could get for my money and that is exactly what I got. My diamonds just sparkle and sparkle and my diamond was appraised for alot more than I paid! It is one in a half carats and I did not waste my money paying for a name like Tiffanys all my money went to the worth of my diamond. Very happy customer!
