I normally do not write bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience at this salon. The owner misinterpreted a photo I showed her and dyed the top of my hair an orangey red in an attempt at an ombré. I didn't like it and asked her to dye my hair all the same color; instead, she dyed the bottom of my hair a purpley red, which looked awful. When I text her a photo of my multicolored hair and asked for a refund, she ignored my text and refused to give me my money back. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I have known Maria for many more than 25 years. I have always been extremely happy with the care and expertise she has shown while working with my hair. When I walk through her door I know I am in good hands.
