Manuel and Juan gave my wife and I a no hassle quote. They came by when they said they would for the quote. As cash paying customers it was an easy transaction process; as they require half payment upfront and the remaining due after the roof is finished. They worked diligently on our roof and had it completed within a day and a half. (Our roof is a pretty good size) Our new obsidian black roof compliments our red brick home very nicely, and we are very pleased. Excellent work and professionalism. I am very satisfied with the work that Primos Roofing did on my roof. From the beginning they were very professional, punctual, and clear with information. The team worked efficiently and with attention to detail, making sure everything was in perfect condition. Plus, they left everything clean after finishing. Excellent service. This team is professional and affordable. They worked directly with our tenants in Killeen and made the process seamless. They brought samples, help guide us through pros and cons of different materials, installed an attic fan and gave a great recommendation for an electrician to install the power to the attic fan. We are extremely satisfied with their level of service and ease of payment process. If you need a roof in Killeen or surrounding area- this is the team you want.
