I had a great experience at Primo Hoagies! There was a small mix-up with my order, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their service. The food was delicious as always, and the customer service made it even better. Big thanks to the team for turning it around so smoothly! I’ll definitely be back.
The bread is to die for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Food is great, the bread is awesome. Orders often have minor mistakes, but not a big deal - it's a high volume place.
I called in to place an order and the guy didn't have any sort of patience what so ever. I wasn't a difficult. Simply gave him my order. Nothing out of the ordinary( where it would make his job difficult ) and he was so nasty and rude and hung up on me. Maybe he's having a bad day but I didn't deserve that level of customer service
