Great sandwiches, best PRIMOS so far.
I visited Primo for the first time, and James made it such a lovely experience! He was warm, efficient, and patient as he went over each detail of my order so my sandwich was prepared to perfection. My order was made and put together in less than 10 minutes, and was done with attention and care. James made sure my macaroni salad was included and if I needed any additional utensils or add ons. The sandwich was generously packed, and delicious! I’ll be back again because of James alone! Thank you, James!!!
Waiting over 20 minutes for a sandwich is beyond unacceptable
We ordered 235 dollar order for the hospital Had to use door dash called and confirmed the order with the store, on delivery we were missing a sandwich when we called they told us there is nothing they can do but refund because we ordered through door dash. I think with a large order they would have carefully assured us that all 13 sandwiches were in there. Before you take your order make sure everything is there since they aren’t help accountable for mistakes
Stopped in fresh off a long travel day, ready for a good meal after being away for a few years. Got everything I wanted and then some! Amazing customer service, delicious hoagie served with a side of jokes. 10’s all around - thank you!!
