I ordered the cowboy Ribeye during the pandemic. I’m thinking hey might as well treat myself to something new... Well, I could not have been more disappointed. First the food was delivered very sloppily. Everything in the order was slide around in the box no care whatsoever was shown either by who packaged it or who delivered it since I can’t exactly assign blame as it was delivered. RecommendedWe decided to order primo via door dash for dinner tonight. Before our order even arrived at our home I got a call from primo saying they had forgotten our cannoli. This is the first time I’ve ever been reached out to from a restaurant. So instead of letting it go they had one of their staff personally run it out to my house. I am so impressed with their customer service and will be visiting them or ordering from them again. One more thing, the food is awesome. Thank you primo!!
Since it was Mother's Day, my husband asked what I wanted, so I thought it would be a great idea to support a local restaurant. We placed the order this morning through a delivery service, but when the time came for the food to arrive...NOTHING! When my husband called to inquire, they stated they cancelled our order because they don't take pre-orders. But aren't all orders pre-orders when you call for delivery orders?
