Primo is one of the worst restaurants around Pasadena. Over priced, rude staff, my order is never right. Ordered directly thru them, or thru a third party (DoorDash or Grubhub alike) it’s always somehow my fault the order doesn’t come out correct. I used to recommend your restaurant to a lot of locals. Don’t worry, I’ll let them know my true experience from now on. And If the employees would even pretend to care, I wouldn’t even be writing this review.

RecommendedPrimo is one of our favorites! The family meals during quarantine were quite special. So glad to be back in the dining room to feast on the crab imperial special and bruschetta! Melissa makes a perfect dirty martini. Always a perfect date night!

RecommendedOrdered the carry out family meal with chicken Alfredo and I was shocked at the size of the portions! They did not skimp on the meal and it will certainly feed a family. Everything was delicious as well.
