It’s been years since we’ve eaten at Primo and decided to give it a go this evening as many friends have said wonderful things however it was very disappointing. I didn’t encounter staff as we ordered and had food delivered via DoorDash however our food did not have the taste or quality I’d expect for their reputation and the cost. The penne fra diavlo was wayyyy to spicy (yes I’m aware it’s a spicy dish) and the noodles were very dry. Alfredo sauce is very weak, with almost no seasoning or even parmesian cheese. Very thin and essentially tasted like lightly flavoured milk. Cheesy bread was literally identical to Texas toast with some extra cheese, and the garlic bread was extra toasty Italian bread (think crouton consistency) with absolutely no garlic whatsoever on it. Chicken was okay. Overall, very poorly made and definitely not worth the price paid at all.
