Great service. Did not feel rushed. Tasty food. Recommend cheese tray! Yum. Great ambience.
We went to Stevens first and after 15 minutes no server came to our table so we came here instead. And thing worked out for the better, Marco our server was excellent! We both order Kansas City cut steaks, cooked to perfection! Desert was on the house! Great place!

We have been to Primo for lunch and dinner. And everytime we have not been disappointed. Dinner last night was great! Steak was perfectly cooked and surf and turf mac and cheese was delicious! Service was impeccable! Our server Mark was fantastic as was his helper. We also met Gus the manager, he was friendly and easy to talk with. Great time celebrating my b-day! Great service and food
The atmosphere is beautiful and the service ok. The food is fair. I had lunch there and had panini. This restaurant claims to be Italian and its not authentic. Probably not owned by italians. This place is reminiscent of Mastro of Northbrook, only that and better food.

Best hidden gem in Gurnee, will definitely visit again and again
Waiter was not focused on our requests. Had to remind him of our drinks. Too pricey for the little bit of food. Lobster risotto jad hardly any lobster. Whats worse is that our reservation was lost. I called it in days ago. Felt humiliatef.

Sitting at the table very clean place. most of the staff is nice. But when you order drinks and your not told that they charge 2.00 for ice in the class is not right. I got my bill and had to pay 4.00 for the ice i had in 2 drinks. Had they told me that they charge for ice i would not had ice. Very miss leading. Inform your guests. I will never go back.
