Our server was amazing! The food was good, especially the meatball appetizer. Prices were a bit high though. My chicken parmesan was good, but honestly not something that I'd write home about. However, they made us feel welcome and that is a plus. My boyfriend loved his steak.
Beautiful inside,relaxing and nice,they need to get rid of the dumb gold flute playing soldier in the middle of the room. Ordered the Apple chicken sandwich. Great flavour, three tiny pieces of apple,but the bread dripped with so much butter that it dripped off my fingers,too greasy. Order it unbettered and not grilled. Second year attending the Easter Brunch at Primo with the family. It was just as good, if not better, than last year.
I love their Rosemary butter with bread as an appetizer and the fried goat cheese that comes with the steak! Jackie was out server and she was great!! Welcoming and efficient!
The food was really good but the only problem I had was with service. My daughter and I was there on 4/2/2017 for about 2 hours and the only time our waiter visited our table was maybe about 25 minutes before we were getting ready to leave. Not a good look! We didn't get asked if we'd like any refills or even if we'd like more bread while we waited on our food. $63 is a good bit to spend and not be treated as though we're valued!

Food was terrible or worth the value. Plus very loud. I do not recommend save your money.

In Gurnee/Waukegan area to visit our son who is in the Navy, and currently at Great Lakes Naval Training Base. It also happened to be a few days before our anniversary. I chose to take my wife to Primo's for dinner. No reservation, we were seated promptly. She had the Lobster Risotto and I had the Kansas City Cut. Both were excellent.
