We came from out of town for my brothers birthday. Great atmosphere and decor. Friendly staff. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the restaurant was busy, but our table was ready and didn't have to wait long to be seated. Food was delicious, I had the lobster and shrimp risotto. I'd return next time I was in the area.

Do not recommend!! Horrible Customer Service!! Went in to grab 2 drinks and an appetizer and the waitress over charged my card. She did refund card however now there is a hold on my account until monies are released. This has completely screwed up my account because I have to go one bank to withdraw money to go and put money in this account to cover incoming charges. When I spoke to the manager he just offered me an apology!! Not my kind of establishment that feels it's ok for their staff to make mistakes and to inconvenienc... read more
Went for brunch. Wasn't busy so food was sub par. They even said it was because they weren't busy enough. Think food had been sitting for hours Not cool

Had our third recent dinner last night at Primo. First dinner was just me and my husband. We specifically came to see and hear Gina and her Jazz Trio after seeing the event post on Facebook. Their music is wonderful! We've been back twice and brought 6 to 8 friends each time. They too were equally impressed with the music and the food. Every appetizer, entrée and dessert we've tried have been excellent. The servers have been outstanding, especially for the two large groups we brought. We'll be back regularly.
