We were looking for a restaurant in the Grayslake area to celebrate my Boyfriend’s Birthday, and a Friend of ours referred us to Primo! I must say, as soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were impressed! The ambiance was a 10 and once seated the service was top notch! Our waiter made this celebration one that we will never forget! Every effort was made to please us! From the awesome service to the delectable food! Thank you Primo and your staff for taking very good care of us while dinning at your establishment!

This place was great,it has excellent staff and good food and atmosphere was very relaxing,dim romantic lighting and smooth music,me and my wife had a ball,we'll definitely be back.

I am not one to be easily impressed with most restaurants as most are simply "the same". The food is "meh" at best, the noise level is one in which you pretty much have to yell in order to carry on a conversation with whoever you are sitting at your table with, the variety of spices that they choose to use in their kitchen is minimal and the food is generally either tasteless or over-salted. We had our baby shower in October 2017 at Primo and they were amazing. Food is excellent quality and staff were very nice and worked out with all our needs.
We went for brunch accidentally yesterday, we were hoping to go for lunch. However, The brunch was beyond our expectations! Everything was delicious, pleasantly surprised because we don't usually do brunch but we will be back!

I flew in from Eagle River, Alaska to eat here. If that doesn't say how amazing this food is, then I don't know what does. The service is amazing from the moment you walk thru the door until the minute you leave. The food was absolutely delicious!!! We had the chicken carbonara with shrimp, the charcuterie platter and the lobster rockefeller. To finish off an amazing meal, we had to have the creme brule cheesecake. Talk about amazing!
Dined there for thanksgiving. It was a so-so, no need to rush back experience. Not going to air my specific comments publicly, but I'm happy to talk with the restaurant if they want my feedback. I know the owner(s) are part of this group.
