Just had a corporate anniversary lunch at Primo, and will never go back. Food came out at long intervals, and mine never came out at all. Fifteen minutes after the rest of my table had been served, I went to find a manager, and found my server finally coming in with my meal. I told her to take it back, as the other people at my table had already finished their meals. The restaurant was perhaps 20% full.
