With a distinguished 17 year career as a sales manager and an extensive knowledge of physical therapy after 12 years as a licensed Athletic Trainer, it was a natural next step in 2015 for Vince Primo to open the Houston based Primo Hot Tubs and Swim Spas to assist his customers with their aquatic therapy needs.

Seldom do people take the time to write good reviews and are quick to give negative feedback. I have been extremely happy with my purchase from Primo. Chip and his team delivered on time and were very professional. We have had the Tub now for over 3 months, they return phone calls in a timely fashion and are willing to make sure your taken care of. I have already referred them to a friend.
We have really enjoyed our hot tub from Primo. Even when we had a small issue, their knowledgeable technician, Derrick, came out and fixed it. My wife and I look forward to many relaxing years with our hot tub. Thanks Primo
A little customer service can go a long way, but my experience with Primo has been some of the worst I have ever dealt with. To begin with, many statements the sales person said during our visit to the store did not match the written contracts. Also, every time we call for an update on our order, we get , "we will call you back." Surprise, they never call back. Since your spa had not arrived off of the truck yet, I had a Twilight 7.2 come in for stock that had a stereo on it, and I upgraded your purchase by giving you a free stereo. My staff also put a care package together for you for the delay to make up for that. We purchased our Hot Tub from Mr. Primo at the Houston Home & Garden show last year. At the time we lived in Tomball and the tub was installed in April 2016. We have enjoyed many days luxuriating in the wonderful hot water. The installers were very gracious and got it set up perfectly in the back yard. The equipment worked with one small problem with was fixed at no charge. The went over all of the operating instructions and we've had no problems keeping the water just right for enjoyment.
