I am a Boerne local and wanted to keep the business here as well. We were greeted well and a nice showroom. The salesman needed to call the owner, ***** to determine delivery schedules and pricing. Odd that the owner, from Houston was the only person who knew such information. They said delivery would take 8-10 weeks. I was willing to wait such a long time. Business response:
This customer was being very ugly and rude to me on the phone. I was trying to explain that with the hurricanes and the fires on the west coast FEMA had taken most of the 18 wheelers to get first aide and water to the victims. Since I could not get a work out because of her being rude I told her when she was ready to listen we would talk and said good bye. I few minutes later I called her back she had a much better attitude and I was able to explain the situation and let her know when we could get her u it to you.
Great purchase and setup experience. Quality hot tub at a fair price. Enjoying it every night.
When my hot tub heater stopped working, I contacted Kearstin at Primo Hot Tubs and scheduled a service date. Kearstin verified my hot tub was still covered under warranty, ordered a new heater (no cost to me), and schedule a date to install the new heater. The service technician contacted me the day before the service call as a reminder. He also contacted me the day of the service call to let me know he was on his way to my home. We love our Hot Tub! Having heard that "keeping the water clean and clear in a hot tub is harder than a swimming pool" was a concern for us. This has proven not to be true with Primo hot tubs! Kearstin walked us through set up and with her knowledge has helped us understand the process of maintaining every aspect to our spa. We know we can count on Primo.
Primo and the Team have been easy to work with. When I call Kearstin she is always responsive and gets the information and gets right back to me. Keep up the good work!!! We love our Swim Spa!
Our experience with Primo has been terrific. From our very patient sales (factory rep) Leslie to the delivery and set-up team, everyone was courteous and professional. I appreciate meeting the company owner on site on a Saturday. Delivery was on time and punctual (BIG KUDOS for that). Explanation of the start-up process was profession, clear, and memorable. I look forward to being a long term Primo customer.
Went to Primo Hot tub and Spa in San Antonio and Abby provided great customer service and was extremely helpful in other products that they offered. She answered all questions and concerns we had with service scheduled for our hot tub
