With a distinguished 17 year career as a sales manager and an extensive knowledge of physical therapy after 12 years as a licensed Athletic Trainer, it was a natural next step in 2015 for Vince Primo to open the Houston based Primo Hot Tubs and Swim Spas to assist his customers with their aquatic therapy needs.

I need service on my hot tub and no one answers the phone. I leave a message and no one returns my call. I called their service guy’s cell phone and he can’t receive any incoming calls. My warranty will be up in two months and I’m stuck hanging to fix my pump with my own money. I would not recommend buying from them!!
don't even go near this place, they will try to scam you out of your money! Facts: They go to the home and garden shows. I bought a floor model last July when they were at the Berry Center, put down a 3k deposit. Lots of discounts offered, as well as a pay in full one. I asked them to hold it until I could build a deck for it and have electrical run ( their electrician). Paid $5742 in August for pay in full discount. October, still no tub. November still no tub. Products have been purchased and payment (******) is not made. Initially when we contacted Vince informed that the payment will be made in two weeks. He is not answering the phone or any emails. Left many voice mails and calls. Can you please help us collect our payments. Thank you ********** ********
Terrible company to work with. Stretch the truth, promise you delivery times on their hot tubs then don't show up for 6 weeks later even with a promise on a contract. Now I've learned they went out of business on March 20 and no one said anything. We just got a run around on the phone
Primo Hot Tubs is a total scam! I went to their expo in Livingston 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card and promised to deliver the spa that evening. They never showed up and gave me a line that it will be delivered on Monday, then Wednesday then Friday. Come Friday I called all 4 of their numbers and they were out of service or no answer. Ordered a hot tub on Oct 8, 18 eta 8-10 weeks. This was to be a family Christmas present. At 11 weeks, I received a call asking for the balance to be paid. Was told delivery was to be mid-Jan. I would not pay balance at that time. In mid-Jan., I paid balance less $500 and was told it would be installed before my birthday, Jan. 31. Mid-Feb. I have emailed and apologized to her. This was 100% my fault that it slipped through the cracks. Her Hot Tub is scheduled to leave the factory in the next 10 days.
We visited the spa expo at ******* ***** ****** ** 1-5-19 after speaking with a rep. She told me the expo in New Braunfels was Sweetwater Hot Tubz and not Primo. When we arrived a salesman greeted us. Twice he told us that the show in New Braunfels was Primo and they had the same tubs there. No reason to drive the extra miles. This is so silly. We informed this customer that another company had a sale a few miles away. We always incourge customers to know as much about hot tubs and swim spas before they purchase. No Scam. We have no problem with competition and only talk positive about us and other dealers. We mearly talk about our differences
