As a first time surrogate I have had the best experience with prime surro. Jessica is amazing to work with and makes the whole process easy and smooth from the beginning and right to the end. She made me feel like I could tell her anything at any time and she would be on it whatever was needed. My IP’s are wonderful and I couldn't be happier with my choice of a surrogacy agency. This company is so poorly managed, its amazing they can manage to function at all. The process of surrogacy was easy compared to the pain and frustration I have endured getting them to manage the billing and postpartum care. If you can ever get someone to talk to you on the phone, I promise it wont be the same person twice. My case manager disappeared completely.
