They charge one money like if they knew you are rich. They don't clearly say what is this money used for nor give you a receipt like any company would give it to you when you buy something or get a service. They charge me US$124.00 on April ($99, $25) $25 for *** and $25 for ***** I been trying for the longest to get a receipt for those charges and it has turned so difficult to get them. I have been with the company for three years and for three years I have been trying to get my name spelled correctly in their system. After numerous calls and emails the issue has not been corrected.
After giving them $1000's of dollars they changed my monthly premium from $168 to $785!! How can any normal person afford this!! I have given them about $30,000 just to find out I could have just burned this money!

This site won't let me give them a 1-star review. Primerica probably pays the BBB to not let unsatisfied customers give them a 1-star review.Primerica has the absolute worst customer service ever!!!! I can't believe they are able to operate. Every time I try to pay my premium online it's a half a day event. If you are "lucky" enough to get someone to answer the phone they are rude! If you are considering buying any product from Primerica, don't! And don't work for this company if you want to maintain a good reputation.
I feel a need to warn people about this company. One gets the sense, correctly or not, that the place is either profoundly incompetent or crooked. Quite possibly both! I'm midway through trying to claim a small, old ***-type account. If I'm successful I'll follow up to that affect. Please realize, though, they are at best, semi-legit. Much of the operation seems to be off shore. The USA folks seem nice and helpful, but seem up against the same bad attitude that the consumer gets.

This is a fraud company that have local agents that tries to take your hard earned money. Then when you reach out to customer service they lie over the phone and treat you as if you were never a customer at all. Everyone I personally know I had cancel their accounts immediately.
