This company is disgustingly scandalous . After numerous calls to cancel my life insurance policy. 6-7 Months later they claim to have no proof how when I repeatedly informed them I called an automated Primerica line that did not work properly to cancel. so much so I had to result to a stop payment with my bank. Primerica let our little sister steal our deceased sisters life insurance. Our sister who passed in 2022 had on file a notarized document instructing Primerica not to change her policy unless they had her notarized signiture instructing the changes Our little sister sent a fake document not notarized two weeks before our sister died. My experience with Primerica has been nothing but positive. I always feel as though my needs are being met. My representative listens well to me and only offers suggestions that are in my best interest. Their financial analysis is free and was life changing for us. They helped us get out of debt several years sooner than what we were on track for, saved us a LOT of money on our insurances, helped us get protected with a will, and now we are totally on track for retirement. THIS INSURANCE IS A SCAM, YOU CANNOT GET NO ONE TO CALL YOU BACK. FOR 16 YEARS I PAID PREMIUMS FOR A YEAR FOR $345 AND IT JUMP UP TO OVER $600 A YEAR. I CANNOT GET NO ONE TO CALL ME BACK. Been trying to get ahold of someone who can help me reset my username and password for a few hours now. I was on hold for a half hour, then put on hold again so that the right person could help me. After another half hour or so on hold, somehow I was disconnected. Had to call back and do the same thing. Wait on hold for someone to tell me I have to be put on hold again, and the wait times have increased. I tried everything I could to resolve online first. Terrible service.
I was recruited to join the company in Jan. *** recruiter paid a portion of my entry fee (I guess he does this alot to recruit people). I started my top 25 potential clients and was half way through my pre licensing. I was notified from a potential client that she met with the person that recruited me without my knowledge. Overall Primerica is a Great company that Offers Many Products and Services to Clients and also gives an Opportunity to people to Work Independently, part time or full time. Giving people a chance to earn more income to improve their Financial standing.
I open an account because I thought it would go for my future. I was having tough times after the first month and decided to pause it for two months and spoke to an agent about. Next pay period rolls around and see Primerica made two withdrawal when I politely asked them to stop. I lost my job recently and decided to close all my account with Primerica.
