I had a policy with these crooks for 20 years. I paid faithfully $59.85 per month for 20 years then with no warning they began autodeducting $188.60 from my account. This is theft. When I spoke with the "customer service" person they acted like it was my fault and it was beneath them to help me resolve the issue. She stated that I would get a refund of the now multiple months of the excessive deductions. I used to work for Primerica for 3 years and was promoted to District Manager. I recruited dozens into the business but only one of them ever put much effort into it or wrote any business. I worked part time because you don't make enough to support yourself at first. Most of what I made was from what I did as a licensed agent. I love this company. The support is truly uplifting and amazing. I love what they represent. I do see the horror reviews and its disappointing and unfortunate that some people do not care about anothers situation. But the company should not be judged because that is not what we stand for. In any business people have their own individual motives. But with my experience and many others that I know Primerica has been amazing I couldnt ask for anything better
Very shady. "Trainer" told me he would help get me started by setting me up on calls with him and paying for my registration fee but instead just made me pay for it and said I would get some kind of bonus later. They have been hounding me about my training and I explained I cannot find time to do it since I have kids and I would like a refund and cancellation of whatever the subscription is. If I could give a 0 star review I would this company is a complete scam they manipulate you and once you call them out on their scam try to gaslight you into thinking the whole thing is your fault DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY TYPE OF MONEY! SCAM. Company has not responded about my policy in months and will not let me cancel.
They have life insurance that is very affordable and it comes with really great benefits. We also have a retirement plan with them and has been averaging a great return rate. Really recommend them.
I am hurt and disappointed in the service that I have received. *****************, my representative, and someone whom I thought was a friend has publicly harassed my on social media when I told her that I was in debt from my wedding and couldn't afford to keep paying my life insurance policy. This company is a scam. They tell you how great it is to join then after tell you you have to recruit 10 people and get 10 people policy's , supposedly it's all to get some practice and experience in. Meanwhile the person who sighed you gets all that commission because your not eligible until you attend class and pass the exam. Guess what after you recruit 10 people they also have to do the same.
