I had the same problem with this company. I had been paying since the 80's. Then a few years back I got a letter stating that my policy tripled. This company need to be held accountable. I think a class action lawsuit need to be started. They collected our money all those years and we get noting in return. If I could give them a minus ten I would. Tired of companies ripping of earnest hard working consumers. ****** M
Absolutely terrible. I was recruited to work for the company and paid money in to get started. Never got any training or anything. I requested my funds back via email like I was told over the phone. No response and i have resent the email at least 15 times over the last 4 months. I have now gotten my attorney involved.
Absolutely zero quality control of their "representatives." If you ever encounter one of their sales reps. be sure to note that the company will not take responsibility for that "representatives" actions. At least, that is my impression after speaking with their customer support. Sure, they are apparently authorized to sale their product (seemingly exclusively in practice), present themselves as members of the "Primerica family," but when you contact Primerica itself, they sure are quick to note that the "representatives" ar... read more

Company of DESTINY! Odds were so small that were we going to even make it!! Other companies sell to America, when we serve America! Company is the best, and all other companies should arrive to be half as good as Primerica
I would caution doing business with them on the financial side. Primerica Financial is a joke when it comes to transferring assets to another broker. I have been trying to transfer all of my assets for over 6 weeks to Schwab accounts and all I have had is constant stonewalling by Primerica. We have filled out all of the proper forms and my Investment Advisor (who manages over $600 million) says he has never seen this slow of response and lack of systems from other money management companies. Not everyone can do commission only sales. But if you sell Real Estate, or any other commission type sale you typically have a very large financial investment to get started. Not so with Primerica. For $100 I get training and my life insurance license. Next I'll study for my investments licensing. Much better than the thousands I spend annually in Real Estate.
