This site won't let me give them a 1-star review. Primerica probably pays the BBB to not let unsatisfied customers give them a 1-star review.Primerica has the absolute worst customer service ever!!!! I can't believe they are able to operate. Every time I try to pay my premium online it's a half a day event. If you are "lucky" enough to get someone to answer the phone they are rude! If you are considering buying any product from Primerica, don't! And don't work for this company if you want to maintain a good reputation.

I feel a need to warn people about this company. One gets the sense, correctly or not, that the place is either profoundly incompetent or crooked. Quite possibly both! I'm midway through trying to claim a small, old ***-type account. If I'm successful I'll follow up to that affect. Please realize, though, they are at best, semi-legit. Much of the operation seems to be off shore. The USA folks seem nice and helpful, but seem up against the same bad attitude that the consumer gets.

This is a fraud company that have local agents that tries to take your hard earned money. Then when you reach out to customer service they lie over the phone and treat you as if you were never a customer at all. Everyone I personally know I had cancel their accounts immediately.
