I have been wrestling with ********************* Insurance (out of Long Island City, **) to cancel a life insurance policy for two years. They continue to send bills to my elderly mother, which she pays if I don't intercept them. I submitted a cancellation in writing, via email, via phone... to no avail. They claim to have NO record of the cancellation, or of any of the multiple calls. So at best they're too disorganized to remain in business. One of the most sketchy and illegitimate business experiences Ive ever been apart of. I had just graduated college and was in the market for a job. I took an interview from a guy who reached out to me through LinkedIn. I interviewed with 2 people. I was then instructed to relinquish the details of my credit card for them to charge me a small training fee. This training fee turned into a monthly subscription that I did not authorize. This company and it's employees are deceptive at best. One of the longer MLMs still in business. When confronted with shady practices they block, deflect and run. If you want to become a master scammer join this company. They've got it down to a science. They definitely do not deserve a single star.

Dont by any means give money to this company. They make it really easy to set up a way to pay premiums but impossible to receive claims upon a death. They ask for documents 1 paper at a time which either takes 7 days to receive by mail or 3 days to retrieve by fax. Once they receive your faxed documents it takes them 7 additional days tp process that document. After 10 days is when they tell you they never received your document so you have to wait 10 more days and restart that process and after the end of now 20 days they r... read more

Primerica is the worst company. I had investment with this organization and when I wanted to cash out my retirement and investment to close on a house they told me it would take two to three business days. I was supposed to close on my house on January 14th I didnt receive my funds from primerica until a month later. I had to stay with a friend for that time. Because I had know where to live. They really put me in a bad situation.
