Very beautiful & clean office, but... They up-charged me $59 for a deep cleaning that I didn't need, nor wanted, nor got! Apparently, that's how they make extra money. Also, I wanted a treatment plan for 3 implants, but instead they provided me with a treatment plan for 2 crowns and a partial denture I didn't want. The office manager wouldn't work with me to reimburse me for that deep cleaning. RecommendedRECOMMENDATION!!!! I feel as though I am going to kick myself in the butt right now for recommending this dentist because we never have trouble getting appointments, but with what I am going to say, I am sure they will become swamped!! I had dental work done that I was nervous about and this dentist not only fixed my problem, but made me feel calm about it and all my stress was for nothing. Everyone there is great and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

… CONTINUED FROM MY LAST REVIEW I called my insurance again and finally got a copy of the predetermination. To my surprise, Jennifer, had submitted treatments for implants & crowns, which came to $17,747 in charges. The only thing I asked her to submit, the partial dentures, were NOT in the list. I emailed Jennifer that I needed a copy of my records & x-rays and never went back! THE END!
