Andrew was patient with us in the process. He is very personable and went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect. He helped us with every step along the way - there were no surprises (nor did he make us feel like idiots). There wasn't a time when I felt he was out of pocket, he was consistently available. For us, that's exactly what we needed. It seemed like his mission was for this to be a good experience. He set the bar high and accomplished it.

I was referred to Andrew at prime lending by a friend. I will have to say if your in the market for a home refinance prime lending is the place to go! I had been dealing with big banks and the mess that goes with them. After meeting Andrew Semple with prime lending I will never do business with any other big banks again, Prime lending is the only way to go!

This was my second experience with Andrew and Primelending - VA Loan to purchase home in 2014, and refinance VA Loan in 2017. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Andrew and the rest of the staff are great to work with - prompt responses, knowledgable, and courteous - from initial contact to closing. I highly recommend them.

I am a "tenured" (okay 40 years in the biz) Realtor so it takes a lot to impress me. Andrew gave a presentation to my office and it was great. However, anyone can talk the talk so I tried him out by giving his name along with two others to each of my current buyer clients.
