Andrew Semple and his team at PrimeLending were simply outstanding. I was referred to Andrew by two families that had used him to finance their homes as well. Right from the start I was very impressed with the teams ability to make my wife and I feel special during the home buying process. I felt that they had a genuine interest in my families well being. Andrew came highly recommended by several people I know. He was able to work with me on making a first time home purchase. Andrew was both polite and very accommodating. From the very beginning of the process, all the way to the end. He took great care in the handling of our mortgage and even took his own personal time away to run to the bank to ensure we had all of the proper documents so our loan closed without any issues. I remember calling Andrew about a year ago and telling him we wanted to build a house but didn’t know what we needed or if we even could. He got straight to work and had all the info lined out and ready for us to look over. We got our house sold, closed on our Construction Loan, and have now closed on the Home Loan. That is our third closing with Andrew and if we ever do need to again, you can guarantee it will be with him. Great business man to have in your corner, even better man to call friend.
