Beware, if you go in for a physical, they will give you forms to sign so that you can be balanced billed. Their way of getting around the 2022 no secrets act. Very shady, you go in for a free preventative visit and then ask you to sign a form. Edit: I contacted your team three times and left two messages already in the past two weeks. My wife had a 11:30 appointment today for her 6 month check up.l waited in the waiting room. She is on oxygen with a 3 hour Inogin machine. My wife finally came out 2 1/2 hours later on the way home she told me the doctor left her there for 2 hours and only seen her for 20 minutes.I though she was being taken care of during the whole time. I know the medical field is short handed. But to sit there for 2 hours waiting for the doctor an when the doctor came in 20 minutes...THATS INEXCUSABLE!! My wife has lung cancer.

This places doctors come and go like the seasons, the staff is incredibly incompetent when returning calls or calling back with information that was requested, and once I had to have my blood drawn and was poked over SEVEN times before they sent me to the hospital to have it drawn. This place sucks and can't believe it is still open. Zero out of ten stars.
