RecommendedThank you Genesis Hospital for the organized, caring procedure when I got my Covid-19 vaccine. In and out in less than 25 minutes and felt completely safe and well cared for throughout. We are blessed to have our hospital and wonderful staff taking care of us.

The most disrespectful, uncaring staff I have ever encountered & especially during these unprecedented times. The ball was dropped numerous times. Such a shame I cannot count on a local Hospital to give my family or I the care one needs & will now have to travel to another Hospital, miles away, in order to get the adequate care one needs for the best chance of survival.

Terrible hospital. After having a major surgery they they only gave pain meds for 1 week!!!6 weeks later still I. Excruciating pain and they only recommend ibuprofen....just plain cruelty!!!
One of the worst hospital I have ever been to. Brought my mother in after a fall and was having shortness of breath. She set in lobby for the first hour now in a room at the er can't get a answer out of anyone if they are going to admit her or release her. Should have went to Fairfield instead.

Evidently an 87 year old woman who recently had outpatient surgery who came in via squad with a significantly elevated BP and potential DVT symptoms can't be seen, because DVT only happens between 7am and.7pm....or atleast thats when they test...ER staff extremely rude, gave my friend a horrible time and after 2 hours. TWO hours of waiting gets told they can't help her. Top quality care is the furthest thing from their ED...
