I went in on Tuesday horribly sick. I had to beg for sinus cocktail shot. I was prescribed no medication. They told me to come back in 7 days if I’m still sick. I have been suffering for 3 additional days and my mother took me to another doctor. They actually gave me an antibiotic and steroid for a severe sinus infection! Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and money.

Do not go here if you have insurance. I had never been here before and needed a quick check up because I hadn’t been feeling good. When I went to the front desk I was told that I had met my deductible for my insurance and did not have a copay. Now here we are a month later and I get a bill for a $75 copay. Had I been told upfront that their copay was $75 I would have walked right out and went to any of the other clinics around who charge a $25 copay. Almost makes me feel like I was deceived on purpose so I wouldn’t know what... read more

Surely an Urgent Care facility can and should treat hypertension correct? Apparently not! We were told that it’s high blood pressure and to follow up with PCP. So the 158/98 reading remains untreated because “it wasn’t stroke level”. Earlier reading was 190/117 per the EMT’s.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kevin Dennis this Sunday. Thanks to him, I don't need to go to ER. If you have some urgent health problem, this is absolutely where you need to go.

These people overcharged me due to having insurance. They would've charged LESS without insurance. Pay attention to the code they use on your bill. Mine was for an established patient ( I've never been there ) and the price skyrocketed for me. I was out of pocket more money. STAY AWAY.

It was the best experience if u had to go for emergency fall on your bike with 7 stitches in chin. Loved Holley and Chris they made me feel so relaxed and it was quick. I would for sure recommend this place in and out on 30 min tops.
