I made an appointment for 5:30 last night. I arrived at 5:10. I walked in handed the girl behind the counter my driver's license and my insurance card. She asked what I was in for I told her I had a small swollen lymph node right. under my ear. that it could be sinuses or possible ear infection but I just wanted to get it checked out. Came here to get an X-ray for my husband because he hurt his shoulder pretty bad. Pay the outrageous $100 copay just to be told “oh you should have gone to an orthopedic doctor. The X-ray isn’t even on site today.” You couldn’t have told us that when we signed in ASKING for an X-ray?? There’s also a sign outside that says “xrays on site”!! So disappointed and a waste of time and money.

RecommendedBut so disappointed. Went Wednesday night with a UTI. prescribed Antibiotic and now they call and tell me lab misplaced urine sample. I am so upset. No culture.
