They do a quick and efficient job. I appreciate the quarterly reminders as well
Joaquin was efficient and did clean up whole area. It was a Very hot day so he was a bit late but that was understandable. Would use service again as needed.
I have used Prime Time multiples times and have several grievances with them and how they do their business. 1. Their marketing - they will call you, email you and text you CONSTANTLY. Responses asking them to please stop will go unanswered, aside from being sent more marketing materials. 2. Their quality of work - they are on the pricey side, which I don't mind if the work quality's good, especially right now when I am selling my home. However, the quality is awful. We have a large house. They quoted us $1144. We figured it was a little high but we'll see. Should be an all day job. Two guys were done in 2.5 hours. That's over $200/hour per worker. Complete rip off. I'll never use them again for that reason.
