I love shopping here and have bought many beautiful items. Beware though if you have to return an item you need an RMA #. I have tried twice already and I am still waiting. The first time I left a message on their voice mail. After two days I called again this time during a show and was told to call back again. I made it known that I had already called and left a message and I am still waiting for a call back. It made no difference I am still left having to call again. This is getting frustrating.
