Rating: 1/10 We went in interested in a used vehicle listed around $10,595 and were ready to buy if the numbers made sense. At the beginning, we asked to talk about price before test driving or paying for an inspection. The salesperson told us to test drive first and go through the process before discussing pricing. Excellent experience with John and Prime Time. They were flexible and supportive of getting the vehicle inspected. The purchase process went smoothly and our Sienna has been pretty solid since. It took some time to get the title, with more follow-up on my end than hoped, but it arrived yesterday. Overall, I'm very happy with our purchase and would recommend this business to friends and family looking for a used vehicle.
