Excellent experience with John and Prime Time. They were flexible and supportive of getting the vehicle inspected. The purchase process went smoothly and our Sienna has been pretty solid since. It took some time to get the title, with more follow-up on my end than hoped, but it arrived yesterday. I have not received the title. Vehicle was purchased from Prime Time in August. I have made multiple calls to the office and spoken with the owner, who assured me the issue was with the DMV but had been rectified. Otherwise, a positive experience and I will amend my review once title is received.
