Was messaging one of their guys through Facebook messenger who had one of their cars listed, and after about the fifth question he sent a sticker saying “OMG”. Lost a sale right then and there. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Making a car purchase is a big deal and asking questions about the vehicles are normal so maybe they are hiding something.
Had a great experience buying my 2008 Toyota Prius from Prime Auto. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The car was exactly as described, and I really appreciated the honest and straightforward service. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a good used car!
We just bought a 2016 Subaru Forrester from Prime Time and it was an amazing experience. They were honest, completely transparent and we happy to let us take the car to our own mechanic. I loved how they used Carfax so I could track how this car was maintained from the date it was purchased. A great experience. Thank you.
Very nice guy, flexible, and was able to work a deal out. Overall great experience!
Dickson and John are amazing, the cars are very well inspected before they are sold. All information regarding the car is laid down in black & white for the buyer to make an informed decision. I have bought 2 cars from them so far and I have zero regrets. I highly recommend Prime Time Auto LLC.
