Don't buy a car here! I did and within a month I had to spend $3000 in repairs. When try to bring back, all he said was" I sell cars, I don't fix them". They suck!
I was interested in a Sienna they were selling. I took it in for a pre-purchase inspection and found that the vehicle needed the control arms replaced. I brought the inspection report back to Prime Time Auto and they agreed to fix the vehicle if I put a deposit down. The repair would have cost me nearly $1500 dollars. I am quite happy with my 2014 Toyota Sienna purchase.
From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—no pressure, just friendly and straightforward service. Every blemish on the vehicle was clearly pointed out, and they provided the Carfax report upfront, which really gave us confidence in the purchase process. We purchased a Toyota Sienna minivan from these gentlemen and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. The van was extremely clean, very fairly priced, and was exactly as advertised. All blemishes were well documented and were made aware to me before we made the 3 hour drive to come look at it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the most fair and honest car dealership I have ever experienced.
