Bad experience with insurance and billing! Word of advice to parents, do not sign a treatment case plan without verifying with your insurance first! Apparently Prime Smile likes to submit claims at a higher price (different from your case plan), then wait for the "allowable" amount from insurance to bill you the remaining amount especially when you have paid out-of-pocket from what they state your portion of responsibility.
