Definitely would not recommend. They were chosen by the buyers for a home purchase settlement. They had lots of incorrect info in the final documents, to include the incorrect name of the seller on all the documents. Also weak communication and follow up. 0/10 would not recommend.
I have been working with this settlement company since 2017, and they have grown with me through my investment career, and now realtor career in serving other clients. I always come back to this company because they are laid back, and have all the documents in good order.
I had an excellent experience with Scott and the team at Prime Settlement! Going into the process I was expecting challenges and stress, but everything was smooth sailing all the way through close and much of that was thanks to Prime. They were timely and great at communicating, would definitely recommend.
