My husband and I went there on January 28th to celebrate our Birthday's. We had reservations for 6:30 pm. We waited over an hour for a couple of drinks after being seated by the glass wall that separates the kitchen from the dining room. Our waiter was very apologetic it was taking so long but apparently they had a 10 top came in the was more important. We finally got our Caesar salads after an hour and 15 minutes. Worst service ever. Left after an hour of waiting and also hearing other customers complaining.

One of the best places around... it's a great upscale vibe but the menus scream delicious eatery at hole in the wall prices.... I am a forever fan,.. after the first visit... me and my girl both... 5 stars

Went there for dinner tonight before a concert. Sat in the bar. Ordered drinks took a bit to get them. Ordered dinner which was a hamburger and a shrimp and crab melt. Waited 45 min NO FOOD! Had to leave without eating. Kitchen staff need to get thier stuff together! Won't ever go back. So thanks bur not thanks for the 15% off card for our next visit.

Had the prime rib stroganoff and it was delicious. My picky eater daughter got the kids prime rib dinner and loved it as well.

We were visiting from out of town and had made reservations for someone's 50th birthday. We made reservations for the 15th of December in 2016. We came here for a birthday and they were closed. They had called to confirm the reservation the day before. However, when we showed up we saw a letter from the management saying that they are closed due to the weather. Hi Frank, I truly apologize for closing yesterday. The note that we had on the door was from closing early on Wednesday night because of the snow turning to ice making the roads extremely dangerous. Yesterday i had multiple employees call out due to not being able to make it in because they either got in accidents the night before or had to abandon their cars and were not able to get them out Thursday. We sat for 20 min before getting a menu. They didn't seem short staffed until a bit later, but even when it wasn't busy the server seemed to have other things to do that was not serving us. Same thing occurred with friends who had a dinner reservation around the same time. They need more employees
