Hi Daryl, I would like to apologize for the experience you had on Thanksgiving. We had an issue with out ovens that day and we were running on 1 for the day. We did our best to get the food out, and we did have to close down the buffet for 15 minutes in order to restock and clean up. I wish that we could have done better by you and your friends. We were much busier than anticipated as some of our large party reservations doubled in size without warning.
