This Managment company is the worst at managing our HOA. They take our money but don't respond to the homeowners in a timely manner. When they do respond it is usually to explain why they can't do anything or they need more work from us first. Our common areas are always in disrepair. They do not send out income and expense reports, I wonder where our money goes because it certainly isn't going to the upkeep of our neighborhood.
