Prior to being owned by Prime, Frank estates was a fantastic to live in. Office practices and communication from administrative staff is horrible, specifically calling out Madison and Tina, neither can explain how billing works. Do not rent from this company...save yourself headaches. Also, your water bill will be outrageous and the buildings are old, your utilities bill will also be incredibly high. Fair warning.....again, Madison and Tina are inept. Only positive is maintenance man Scott, he’s great….the rest not so much.
