Working with this property management company has been a deeply frustrating experience. The only time they provided decent service was when they were actively trying to persuade me to sign the contract. Immediately after the ink was dry, my original point of contact vanished, and I was handed off to a team that was unresponsive, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with. Our landlord changed the house we were renting that was originally from Prime Properties (PP) over to another property management company but because PP had not updated their internal system/property portal, we were being erroneously flagged for late payment, late fees, and sent notice of the eviction process started despite the property no longer being managed by them. One of the worst property management companies that I have ever dealt with they never answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. They told us multiple times that we are not paying our utilities through our rent portal app and we pay our utilities separate and put them in our name which we did yet they keep charging us our utilities each month with our rent. Hard company to get in contact with. Difficult to view properties; self tour and PIN codes provided do not work and again not able to reach agent or company. I receive automatic emails with no way to reply back, thanking me for viewing the property that I couldn't view.
