Well...WORST place ever! I am so disappointed with their move out procedures. We paid an arm and a leg to leave the place in immaculate condition. Yet, these people gave us a breakdown of "damages" and it is BS!!! We paid $377.18 for a make-ready house cleaning, and they have the audacity to charge us $225.00 for ANOTHER cleaning. Paid to have the yard manicured, weeded, EVERYTHING, and they STILL charged us $175 for yard care.
