These folks are the BEST at what they do, manage properties. They are professional, knowledgeable and speedy! What more can you ask for? They turned my property over with a HUGE list of repairs and rented the property all within two weeks! I never thought it would happen so fast. The place looks brand new! I wish all my properties were in the state and could be managed by these folks!
I have had Prime Properties as my management company since I acquired my TX property in 2007. Without a doubt they are the BEST. I have owned rental property since 1955 and I only wish that I could clone them to handle the properties that I have in other states. Prompt friendly competent quality service; they offer suggestions and I make my decision, which is usually what they suggest. I have never been steered wrong. I trust them to have both my and my tenants welfare as guiding principles.
Well...WORST place ever! I am so disappointed with their move out procedures. We paid an arm and a leg to leave the place in immaculate condition. Yet, these people gave us a breakdown of "damages" and it is BS!!! We paid $377.18 for a make-ready house cleaning, and they have the audacity to charge us $225.00 for ANOTHER cleaning. Paid to have the yard manicured, weeded, EVERYTHING, and they STILL charged us $175 for yard care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!! we rented a property from Prime Properties for a year and after we moved out they made up some bogus charges: - Cleaning $325 (we fully cleaned the house after moving out) - Carpet cleaning $800 (I cleaned the carpet using a carpet cleaner myself!) - Lawn service $200 (I hired a landscaping company 3 days before moving out) - Sink basket $8 (the sink never had a sink basket to begin with and I bought one myself! ) - Paining bolts $73 (sure there we... read more
This is one of the worst places I have ever rented from in my life and i have lived all over Texas. They will be so nice and sweet to get you to rent from them. Once you get the the place you find all of these hidden problems. They take you deposite, but don't fix anything. The place i was in was a fired hazard. Don't let the price get to you, you get what you pay for. If you fall for this company take pictures and video of everything. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I rented from them for over 2 years and after the second time they increased my rent without notifying me, I had enough. I attempted to discuss signing a new extended lease for lower rent and one of the co-owners told me to type up a proposal and when I did he informed me they didn't do extended leases. Difficult to work with. Bad attitude toward tenants and charge high, unnecessary fees.
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I rented from them for over 2 years and after the second time they increased my rent without notifying me, I had enough. I found another home with more square footage in the same neighborhood for over $100 less a month.
